The frightening thing
about the debate about Gay Rights is that those opposed
to those rights are using the EXACT
same arguments that were used to keep interracial couples
from marrying. And these LAME EXCUSES
go back centuries. Here is a brief synopsis of the arguments
and the reasons why they didn't make sense then and
don't make sense now. |

god's plan. |
If god's
plan is only to procreate then being Gay doesn't qualify.
We can still "bring forth and multiply." |
| It's unnatural and unhealthy. |
Since when is being happy and in love unhealthy? Do
Heterosexual couples have Anal Sex? Or
Oral Sex? Is that unnatural too!!! |
| It will cause the breakdown of society. |
The state of Massachusetts has Gay Marriage and the
walls have not come crashing down. Nor has "traditional"
marriage been degraded. Nothing has changed at all in
Massachusetts. |
| They can't conceive children. |
Gays and Lesbians certainly can conceive children. Just
like infertile heterosexual couples who use Artificial
Insemination. Should infertile HETEROSEXUAL
couples not be allowed marry? |
| It will degrade "traditional"
marriage. |
I guess Brittany
Spears being able to get married and then have
that marriage annulled after only 55 hours
was a banner day in the in the "traditional"
marriage club! |
| It will cause diseases. |
There is no credible evidence
to support that Gay Marriage is a cause of or spreads
diseases. |
| Marriage is between
one Man and one Woman |

David, Soloman, and Jacob, have multiple wives??? |
